How to make an Appointment

1. To make an appointment, please telephone 01793 787462 to speak to one of our Reception staff; our normal opening hours are between 8.30am and 6pm. Outside of these hours there is an answer machine where you can leave your contact details if you would like us to call you back.
    
2. When you call, you will be asked for the number of adults and children that are travelling and that need to be seen so that we can allocate the appropriate length of appointment. As a guide, we usually arrange a 30 minute appointment for 1 adult, 40 minutes for 2 adults and up to 60 minutes for 2 adults plus children.
    
3. We will ask you for a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 at the time of booking. Please have a debit/credit card ready when you call so that we can process this transaction. This deposit is offset against any charges made for vaccinations, etc.

Before you attend your Appointment

To ensure that we have all the relevant information relating to your travel plans we ask that you complete a Travel Health Questionnaire for each person.
